TASK
Planning the annual BaByliss autumn event for media representatives and influencers with the aim of increasing brand awareness.
Quality over quantity: The event should be more exclusive than in previous years, i.e. the guest list was selectively created and comprised 20-30 people.
The appliances were to be made more tangible through styling workshops.
Instagrammable: The location and, accordingly, the appliances and guests should look good in pictures and videos
SOLUTION
Under the motto "The BaByliss Experience", guests were invited to have their hair styled by a professional stylist or to style themselves with tips from our styling coach.
The influencers were encouraged to present the tested appliances to their communities and to share a discount code with their followers on the evening itself.
Possible coverage, advertorials and prize draws were discussed with the media representatives.
RESULTS
Around 30 guests were part of The BaByliss Experience, having their hair styled or testing the appliances themselves.
