BakeryBakery offers a wide range of vegan baked goods and patisserie. The bakery was founded at the end of 2019 as a project by Outlawz Food AG, a Swiss producer of meat substitutes. In Bern, Kevin Schmid, managing director of Outlawz Food, had started with a food truck for vegan meals in 2018 and later established himself in the gastro scene with vegan stores.

With the purchase of a former bakery including bakery in the Breitenrain district in Bern in January 2020, BakeryBakery had also found its home. In January 2022, BakeryBakery was spun off from Outlawz Food AG and it is planned to convert it into an AG.

In addition to two branches in Bern and one in Biel, the vegan baked goods have been offered at Zurich's main station since February 2022.
