TASK
Planning of the annual BaByliss autumn event for media professionals and influencers.
The aim was to significantly increase the brand's reach again by increasing the number of guests. The focus was to be on quality and experience:
In addition to an extended guest list of around 50 selected guests, the exclusive character of the event was to be maintained.
One of the aims was to strengthen the “Friends of the Brand” and to anchor the brand sustainably in the networks of the participants.
SOLUTION
Under the motto “Masks On” we invited to a Venetian masked ball in the stylish Venice Bar.The guests were able to get their hair done by professional stylists on the spot or try out the BaByliss innovations themselves.
Influencers shared their looks with their communities directly from the event. Ideas for future reports and prize draws were also discussed with the media representatives present.
A few days after the event, each guest had the appropriate device conveniently delivered to their home. This meant that influencers were able to report on the event even after it had taken place.
RESULTS
- Around 50 guests were part of The BaByliss Experience, got styled or tested the devices themselves
- Clippings: It was published before the event (receiving masks), on the evening itself and after the event. Again, stories/posts are expected after receiving the devices.
